Soundcanvas.org is Tom Joyce, a London based Freelance Dubbing Mixer / Sound Designer for Film, Television and Idents. I'm a well qualified and efficient Pro Tools operator. Experienced in Film, Television, Promo and Commercial mixing & editing. Mixed to a variety of formats, genres and broadcasters.

Credits Include sound design for two BAFTA nominated short films and BBC’s ‘Imagine' series with Alan Yentob. Clients include BBC, Channel 4, Virgin, Sky One, Discovery, ITV, MTV, FIVE and Sony as well as Ad Agencies RSA, BDA, Smithereen & FilmFlex. I have worked in the top facilities in London such as Evolutions, Crow TV and Ascent Media. I have good client hospitality and project time management even under pressure. I have a deep understanding of audio and a creative flair in crafting sounds.

In my spare time I am involved in the sound art scene and DJ scratching. I also have a home studio with a huge library of sound effects as well as synths to create bespoke sound design at good rates.
